How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free on all Soulbon orders. We believe your purchase should bring you joy, not added expenses, which is why complimentary shipping is included with every item you order from us - it's our way of showing how much we appreciate you

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your Soulbon order is made with care and is usually shipped out within 2 business days from the date of your order. However, in rare cases where we run out of stock, please kindly allow up to 1 week for us to handcraft your item(s) before they're shipped out. After that, you can expect to receive your package within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.

We know waiting for your new treasures can feel long, but rest assured they're being thoughtfully prepared just for you. If you have any other questions about the timeline, don't hesitate to reach out!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you're located, you can enjoy hassle-free delivery of your Soulbon treasures.

However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to a few specific locations in the United States including but not limited to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

We're sorry about this and will keep working on getting our products to everyone!

*International orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your Soulbon order has been shipped, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to fully update in the postal system. Please don't worry if the status doesn't show right away - your package is still on its way!

I haven't received my items - who should I contact?

If you have not received your order within the expected shipping times (check delivery times), please contact us here

Before contacting us, you may also try contacting your local post office if your tracking number shows your parcel has arrived in your city. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided during purchase. In case there is a mistake in your shipping information, please let us know ASAP.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make checkout a breeze by accepting all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

You can also pay securely through popular digital wallet options like PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

However, please note that we do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery. Our accepted payment methods are designed to provide you with a fast, convenient, and secure shopping experience.

I tried to use a discount code and it didn't work.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your payment! There are a few things you can check:

First, make sure any discount codes you're trying to use are entered correctly. Double-check that you've clicked the "Apply" button to reflect the discounted price. If the code still isn't working, please reach out to our team at hello@soulbon.com and we'll be happy to assist.

Also, keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined - you can only use one per order.

My payment was declined - what should I do?

If you are experiencing an issue when making payment during checkout, please follow the guide below to troubleshoot:

1) Double-check that you've entered all your information correctly - things like your credit/debit card number, card expiry date, billing address, etc.

2) If the details look good but your payment is still being declined, there may be a problem with your card or bank. We recommend contacting your financial institution directly to inquire about the declined transaction. They'll be able to provide more specifics on what might be causing the decline.

3) For issues with a PayPal payment, you'll want to reach out to their customer support team. They can investigate what's happening on their end.

How can I make changes to my order?

Once you've completed your order and payment, it is no longer possible to add additional items or change an item due to system limitations.

However, the good news is you can always place a new order and incur no additional charges and still enjoy FREE shipping on the new order.

How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – We know you want to receive your parcel ASAP! That's why we work hard to process and ship out all orders as fast as possible - usually within just 12 hours of you completing your payment.

However, this means that if you need to cancel your purchase, you'll need to act fast. If your order has already been processed and sent to the shipping carrier, we'll be unable to stop or cancel it at that point.

So if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to our team at  hello@soulbon.com within 24 hours of placing it. After that 24-hour window, your order will be considered final, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

I made a mistake with my address, what should I do?

Oops, no problem! If you realize you provided the wrong shipping address after placing your order, act quickly.

First, double-check the address on your order confirmation page or email. If you spot any errors, reach out to our team at hello@soulbon.com within 24 hours.

Most of our orders are processed in just 12 hours, so as long as you notify us of the address issue right away, we can usually make the change before it's too late. Just let us know the correct address you need us to update.

However, if 24 hours have already passed since your order, it will have likely already been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier. At that point, we're unable to amend the address.

In that case, keep an eye on your order's delivery status. The carrier may contact you directly if they have any trouble getting it to the original address provided. You may still be able to intercept the package and provide the right address when it reaches your local post office.

We know it can be stressful when an address gets mixed up. Just reach out to us as soon as you notice any issue, and we'll do our best to get it resolved quickly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

How do I return my order?

In summary, you have 60 days from your original purchase date to send back any items you're not completely satisfied with. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and they'll provide the next steps.

My item arrived broken/damaged - what should I do?

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We want your Soulbon jewelry to last for years to come, so it's important to take proper care of each piece. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted designs, any damage caused by normal wear and tear will not be covered under our warranty.

To help ensure your jewelry stays in pristine condition, please follow these simple guidelines:

1) Keep it dry: Always remove your jewelry before doing any activity that might get it wet (e.g. swimming, showering, gardening, cleaning and playing sports etc.) Any prolonged exposure to water can lead to cracks, dullness, and unsightly water spots.

2) Keep it away from chemicals: Lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and household cleaners can all be harmful to jewelry.

3) Put it on last: To avoid chemicals, always try to put your jewelry on last and take it off first.

4) Store safely: For leather and plated items, moisture is the enemy. Make sure these pieces are completely dry before storing them away, otherwise it may lead to natural tarnish.

5) Know when to take it off: It's best to remove your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, gardening, or doing any other activities that could potentially cause damage.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Crystal & Gemstone Jewelry Care

1) Start by cleaning your jewelry with just warm water - no detergents necessary.

2) If you notice any discoloration or buildup on the beads, gently scrub them with a soft cloth before rinsing with the warm water.

3) After cleaning, dry the beads thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.

4) Finally, polish any metal-plated beads using a fresh soft cloth to restore the shine.

Wooden Bead Jewelry

1) Only wash your wooden beads if absolutely necessary. Gently hand-wash with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap if needed. Pat dry and allow to fully air dry.

2) To keep your bodhi seed beads conditioned, you can rub in a small amount of organic walnut oil, beeswax, or mineral oil - you can even add a drop of essential oil for fragrance.

3) In drier climates, you may need to condition your wooden beads every few months to maintain their supple texture. Otherwise, once a year is typically sufficient. Over time, the natural color will deepen, which is a normal part of the aging process.
