Shipping is 100% free on all Soulbon orders. We believe your purchase should bring you joy, not added expenses, which is why complimentary shipping is included with every item you order from us - it's our way of showing how much we appreciate you
Your Soulbon order is made with care and is usually shipped out within 2 business days from the date of your order. However in rare cases where we run out of stock, please kindly allow up to 1 week for us to handcraft your item(s) before they're shipped out. After that, you can expect to receive your package within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.
We know waiting for your new treasures can feel long, but rest assured they're being thoughtfully prepared just for you. If you have any other questions about the timeline, don't hesitate to reach out!
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you're located, you can enjoy hassle-free delivery of your Soulbon treasures.
However, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to a few specific locations in the United States including but not limited to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

*International orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Once your Soulbon order has been shipped, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to fully update in the postal system. Please don't worry if the status doesn't show right away - your package is still on its way!
