60-DAYS RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, simply return your product to us within 60 days of your purchase, and we'll happily refund your money - no hassle, no strings attached. Your happiness and peace of mind are our top priorities.

However, please note that after that 60-day period has elapsed, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. This policy is set in place to protect the integrity of our products and services. We hope for your understanding, and we appreciate your support of our small business.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the criteria below are met.


Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • If returning an entire order, any free gifts that came with the order must also be returned together.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only items purchased directly from Soulbon.com are accepted for returns. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM

We will only accept returns for eligible items by mail.

1. Contact us regarding your eligible item via email at hello@soulbon.com or our contact form.

2. Send us a photo of the item - your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Once we determined that the item is eligible for return we will provide the return address. Please do not use the address found on the package of the item, that is not the correct return address.

4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). You may ship the item back using any shipping carrier of your choice. To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

 

Take Note

Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds for any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 1 business day to your original method of payment, which should show up in your bank statement within 1 week. We will only refund the purchase price of the item. All shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are non refundable.

Soulbon will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items. 

1. Items that are customized.

2. Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item for assistance with a refund or replacement.


Lost Damaged by Postal Service

We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email ( 6 weeks for international ), please contact us at hello@soulbon.com and we will be happy to check what causes the delay of shipment and arrange for a re-shipment if necessary.


Returned Mail

If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we can send the package again.


Refused/Unclaimed Mail

If delivery is refused by the recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at hello@soulbon.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it's been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep!

All orders canncellation will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 7% of order amount, or $5.95 USD, whichever is higher.

 

EXCHANGE

If you're not completely satisfied with your product or have had a change of mind, we're happy to assist with an exchange. Please return the original item to us following the steps above, and once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your exchange promptly
